




This project was focused on creating a system that would face the challenges of current media. I feel like a lot of young people "doom scroll" on social media and get exhausted from our own expectations and comparisons. I wanted to create a daily exercise that could replace the crutch of social media. The idea is that each day a new activity is unlocked to help boost mental awareness, energy and health. I did include a social media page as another form of mental ease, and a book idea that has 1000 ways to stimulate your brain.
